We want to say a massive thank you to Redditch Borough Council who have generously donated to our mindfulness & mental wellbeing project for 2022. It is thanks to donations such as these that Disability Support Project is continuing to grow and support even more of those in need within our community.
Good mental health is so important to every part of our daily lives, and needs to be maintained. Our mindfulness & mental wellbeing project aims to help those who are in need of a boost, have been through a difficult time or struggle with stress, anxiety or depression to get the help they need.
We will have more to share about the project in the new year and will give all those interested the opportunity to put their names down for assistance. If you have relevant qualifications and would like to volunteer your time to help with the project we are always glad to welcome new team members. Contact our team if this is of interest.
